Guestserve B&B version currently offers 2 types of accounts with low annual fees for individual B&Bs and a third level (GuestServe Gold) for syndication of B&B listings to partner websites. The Bronze Account provides a host with all the basic listing services for an accommodations property including description, amenities, property photo and detailed contact information. With the Bronze account, guests may submit "Reservation Request" forms indicating dates, size of party, etc... Bronze members may edit all of their property information online through a password-protected web system. Fee: $75 / year The Silver Account provides hosts with a smorgasbord of additional features including reservations management and the acceptance of credit card information online from guests. With the Silver account, guests will be able to view a photo gallery of your property and all important details. As well, your property will be included in all cross-sectional availability searches for guests looking up room availability and amenities on any participating associations. Fee: $95 / year The Gold Account is a commission-based service where we partner with other website portals to list your B&B. This provides you with enhanced distribution channels to obtain reservations that might have otherwise gone elsewhere. Fees range from just 5% - 10%. Associations are also able to utilize the GuestServe B&B Version. GuestServe is easily linked from any association website for the purpose of managing memberships and providing selective booking services. GuestServe works for small groups of 3 members up to associations in the thousands. The GuestServe B&B Version is the ideal tool for B&B Associations who wish to have one centralized booking platform to cross-promote all of their B&B's online. This service allows for availability lookups across all of the B&B's in your association so that guests can pick a property that is both suitable to their needs and available in their price range.
